    Add allslips to your LINE group

    Invite the allslips LINE Official Account to the group your team already uses, then send the link code from the admin dashboard.

    Post slips as usual

    When a customer pays, staff post the transfer slip image in the group. allslips reads the date, amount, sender and recipient.

    Check and record

    Staff confirm the result with one tap. The payment is written to your spreadsheet, ready for accounting.

    No need to set up your own LINE OA. Just invite allslips to your existing groups and link them with a code.

  • Automatic slip reading

    Thai bank transfer slips are read automatically (OCR): date and time, amount, sender, recipient and reference.

    Confirmed payments are added as rows to your own Google Sheet or Excel workbook. Your data stays in your own account.

    Register your company bank accounts. If a slip was paid to a different account, allslips warns your team before it is recorded.

  • Invoices are issued monthly. Payment by PromptPay, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
